To enquire about investment please email us on investment@groupedmedia.com; with a brief description of your business, what stage of trading you have reached (e,g, still in planning stages, setting up, or actually trading), and a contact telephone number. Grouped Media UK cannot guarantee to reply to every investment email. However, we will try to answer all emails within 48hours, excluding weekends and public holidays

If we think your pitch is something Grouped Media UK would be interested, we will contact you for a meeting. This would be a meeting and would not contain any contracts or legally binding materials.

Depending on our normal practice, Grouped Media UK would then continue to have meetings until we have developed a good understanding of the company that Grouped Media UK could be investing in.

We would then develop contracts to protect both Grouped Media UK and the company that Grouped Media UK would be investing in.

We would then have a final investment meeting with a solicitor present to sign all legal documents.

This is a ideal arrangement, however it doesn't always happen as such.

Grouped Media UK does not exchange any contracts, monies or agreements unless a solicitor is present.
